I hired Mark after purchasing my mother's house. I met with several contractors and Mark was the most professional by far. We were looking to raise the roof and convert eves to a dormer on the second floor getting us lots of needed space. We needed a couple bedrooms and office and a bathroom. From the day they started there was barely any downtime. While waiting for plumbers and inspections the crew worked on the siding. The crew worked fast and hard throughout the entire process. I also got updates so I always knew what was going on and that was key. Mark also encouraged me to reach out if I EVER had a question or concern about anything. We recently used Mark Desmond and his team. The entire experience was a pleasure. We did a complete kitchen renovation and he made the whole process a breeze. From start to finish he was true to his word. To be very honest I have not really ever had an experience as smooth as this with a contractor. He made all arrangements from the carpentry, electrical and plumbing and in a very timely manner. The customer service was second to none.
