FAQs
Our pricing is honest; we consider what is needed for the specific job regarding quality and complexity, and our pricing is reasonably flexible based on what the customer actually needs. We can build a piano or put shelving in your garage; every job is different.
We always prefer to personally visit the customer and introduce ourselves before any work is done. We feel it is important to thoroughly review their needs and discuss exactly what we would do and how to make absolutely certain all aspects of what they need and how we would do the job are understood and satisfactory. Given our experience, we often have more efficient or preferred approaches or suggestions that surprise the customer and ultimately save money and time.
We work with residential customers representing every walk of life, as well as commercial companies.
We recently completed a complex basement refinish that required addressing many challenges, such as moisture, the condition of existing walls, floors, ceilings, electrical and plumbing, and a customer with other specific requirements. The total job took five days.
Check feedback from the potential contractor to ensure that previous customers are satisfied and no major problems exist! Question the contractor about their experience in a particular need and ask them for their professional advice. Doing it right the first time saves money and time in the long term.
The customer should have an idea of the timeline when they require it done. Is there anything else the contractor could do to help them out at the same time while on-site, which would result in a lower cost because the contractor is already there, design or style aspects of what they require done, and customer or contractor supply which materials?
